Hello sir!
I am 23 years old and live in Hyderabad. I intend to visit the United States to meet my family, whom I haven't seen since 1999 i.e.almost 10 years. I would be staying with my uncle who works at J&J in Cupertino, California as a Senior Manager.
I question I have here is, will I get the all important VISA. A lot of people tell me that its highly impossible to get a VISA because of my age and that the consulate would believe that I would not return. Is that true? I have no intention whatsoever to stay in the United States because I have to be in India by October to write my degree exams. I am a Bcom.( commerce) student and need to write 3 exams in the month of October to pass and get a degree.
Sir, my intention to visit the United States is very clear.Its solely and purely to visit my family and spend some time with them. I haven't seen them for the past 10 years. They are a bit less busy at this time of the year and have a few holidays coming up. I would love to be with them then.
Considering the fact that I need to be in India by October to write my exams, will I get a VISA to visit my family. What evidence should I show to the consulate to prove that I would be coming back.?Please give me a reply. I am asking this even before applying because I would rather not apply if my chances are very slim than apply and get rejected.
