My mother in law came to US for visiting purposes and current visa is due to expire on 20-July-2009.
This visa was issued on 21-July-2004 and has 5 years of validity as current passport is also expiring on July 2009.
Before coming to US this time she acquired a new passport and carrying both OLD passport having US visa and new passport.
She arrived in US on Apr 19, 2009 and received I-94 until OCT 18 2009. She will be leaving US on last week of August 2009.
Is it required to extend the current US VISA which will be expiring on 20-July 2009? If I don't extend the current visa,
will there be any problem if she apply another toruist visa for future travel to US?
