Visa Rejected

We live in dubai . we went for an interview for usa nonimmigrant visa....but they refuse to give visa because the VO asked that Have u applied visitor visa from delhi before....and my dad said tht " NO " !!! soo he said tht u r teling lies and we cannt give u visa....!!! we have relatives in usa but in applications we wrote tht we r going for visit !! what should we do next time wen we will go to interview !! ???? plzzzzz HEELLLPPPPPP !!

Has your father actually applied for visa from Delhi before?

yea my father applied b4 frm delhi !!! but tht was refused !! i dnt kno why !! den my mothers passport was xpired and then mother's passport was renewed....but tht old passport number was written back....and when VO cheked tht number....den he asked tht wether u applied b4 frm delhi....and my father said NO !!....

He lied. And the officer caught the lie. That is a problem.

Why don't people understand/believe that there are computers in US consulates that keep a record of every single visitor and passport that comes in at every US consulate in the world?

Please do remember that when you consider lying to a Visa Officer.

Keep Trying

This time and all the other times that you will have to keep trying ...answer truthfully to all the questions.....they have records yep everything can be traced ....if you know a family member has sponsered you for an immigrant visa and they ask the question ...Has anyone filied a petition on your behalf ....then the truth is the best way to go....usually if you have a petition in they don't grant holiday visa......like I said keep trying .
