Work for non US employer in the USA?

I am traveling in the USA on a B2 visa at the moment. A non US company (based in Finland) asked if I wanted to be their sales rep in the USA. The company does not have any employees or office in the USA and I would be paid from Finland.

1. Would this be possible under a B1 visa?
2. How long can I stay at the time?
2. Can I change my status from B2 to B1 without leaving the country?
3. Can I keep coming to the USA over and over again if I can prove that I work for (and get paid by) a non US company?

You can't work to get paid while on B2 visa.
