i am from u.s.a. i am not in any status in united states. but i want to bring my wife here in usa. last months i applied visa for her but she didn't get visa because they ask a question about me. when she fill the form of application i ask her to put my name and address of usa. in interview they ask het that why ur husband is over stay in usa? so they refused her visa that time.

but i am thinking that again i will apply visa with getting her new passport. it means that i want to change her passport. and want to apply. and this time i am not going to put my name in application. i will put her aunti who live in usa) name where she will be stay in usa. like this can i apply or not? if i can apply with making new passport , in interview they will ask about first interview question or not? they can know about her first interview insted of making another passport or not?

i heard that by date of birth the us embassy can find all the data about person who applied before. this is true? by changing passport also they can find previous interview or not?

You can't get around the problem by changing the passport. They can easily figure it out by using any other criteria such name, date of birth and any other details.
