Visitor Visa to Attend Marriage

Hi

I am getting married next month and i want to invite my brother's family in India for 2 weeks. Thier visitor visa got denied last Friday 29th May.
The 134 and my invitation letter did not mention anything about my marriage but stated the reason as tourism. I wanted to know the following

1. Can they apply again within a week or two?
2. What documents needs to be submitted to support the marriage reasoning?

2. Marriage invitation card, and proof of any arrangements you have made for your marriage such as marriage hall booking, catering contract etc.
