Visitor Visa rejected twice ...can we apply again

Hi all,
My parents have been rejected visitor visa twice....they first applied in may this year and then again in july this year.Can we apply for the third time?This time We r planning to apply only for my mother?
Any input on this as to how we should proceed.

We are in the same situation. My parents visa got rejected twice last year. I have heard that the rule of 2 year wait has been changed and they can apply again. Is this true? If so then can anyone share their experience?

I had sent all the papers according to imihelp. So what
should be the new approach apart from sending the papers again? (My parents are above 60 yrs of age. )

Also where is the rejection numbers 214(b), 221(g) and 212(a)(6)(c) indicated.

If none of this was indicated then what does it mean?

1. Yes, that rule has changed.
2. Sending all the papers according to our site is not a guarantee of visa. It is decided by the consular officer.
3. That reason is indicated in the extra paper that is given to you at the time of rejection.

Could someone please help me and let me know if the rules have changed then What is the time interval to re-apply for a tourist visa once rejected.
