My name is Monika Koralia Wiszniewska
I have Visa B1/B2 with expiration date on 8th of June 2010.
I was staying on the territory US from July 2002 till December of 2002.
In July I am going to visit USA- specially the Natural Park's of US on the west site.
I would like to ask about check in the registration my departure in USCIS. I do not remember if I applied the I-94 when I come back.
