Some doubts filling I 134 form

Hi,

I want to invite both father-in-law & mother-in-law to USA. But due to unable to fill both application form same time for appointment date, I booked appointment date separately for both of them.

1. Now while filling I-134 do I need to fill both their names on the same form & send two copies or separate forms with individual names?
2. I am working on EAD. Now what should I mention my status on I-134? EAD A#? or H1 with I-94 (still valid)? If EAD what documents to be send as my visa will mention some different company. Little bit confused.

2. EAD is not a status. I believe you got an EAD when you file I-485. Then write 'Adjustment of Status'
