eFiling question

I am trying to eFile I539 (B2 visa extension) for my parents. I see the following warning message, but I cant find this A# anywhere on the I94 or visa. Also, what does Date STarted with group mean? Is that the arrival date in USA? Please help!

Visitors don't have A Number. Therefore, you can 't file online.

That is a bug for over 5 years in the system that they have not bothered to fix it. (We ourselves have reported several times to USCIS, but no one listens.)

since the original I94 expiry date (6/26/09) is getting closer, i went ahead & eFiled. Got confirmation receipt with WAC # immediately. hope there will be no issues due to efile or otherwise. will keep this thread updated.
