visitor visa parents, nephew urgent??

I plan to invite my parents and nephew (10 yrs old) during his summer vacation for about 2 months to US.


My parents have been to US before on visitor visa.

In question 9 and 10 on the I-134 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT where they request have I previously submitted affidavit of support do I mention their name ?
How about dates, do I put in dates when their passport were stamped at US consulate in Mumbai during their last visit?
Do I need to answer 10 or is it only for immigrant visa?


For my nephew are there any documents in particular required?
Does his need to have any other documents for visa applications e.g. Bonafide certificate from school ?
How about his parents passport copies or any other documents?

Regarding question 10 -Have I submitted a visa petition to INS on behalf of following persons - isn't this only for immigrant visa or is this assumption incorrect. Also you mentioned travel dates not the date when visa was applied right ?


Can they and nephew go for drop box or need to go in person?
