Hi All,
My Uncle(My sister's Ftaher-in-law) went for a Visitor Visa interview today. I was sponsoring him. His visa was rejected on the grounds that he dosent strong ties back home. But the interview officer didnt asked him a single question on his family or property in india. He only asked who is sponsoring you, why do you want to go to US and then handed him the rejestion letter.
My questions are:
1.) Should he again go for the visa interview and if yes what documents should he take with him?
2.) One of the attendants said to my uncle who is 84yr old that he need not come himself for the visa interview but didnt explain what's the alternative
He said this before my uncle went to Visa officer
Can some body tell me if there is a separate way for old age people to apply rather than visiting in person and if yes can my uncle use that method after his visa being rejected the first time?
Thanks
