I'm about to sponsor my parents's visa to come and visit my family. I work here on H1 and live along with my husband (also on H1) and recently delivered a baby 3 months ago.

Should I mention her name as a dependent on the I-134 affidavit and list her age as '0' and will this cause any problems..?

I think you should mention your kid's name as she is your dependent and enter her age in months instead of stating zero.
