My parents are going to visit the US. Im on H1B, but my uncle (mom's brother) is sponsoring them. He has provided my parents with the one I134 and tax return papers, he is a citizen of USA and he is a doctor. He has been here for 30 years. He did not provide the invitation letter and other supporting documents. Would it be ok? Please throw some light on this ASAP.
