My Inlaws went for the first time for Visitor Visa and
got rejected under 214(b). After asking few questions about the number of children and my Father In Laws occupation(retired), the officer first asked for my Wife's Passport and then for the Marriage Certificate - both of which they had not have.
They have referred some other website and the web site did not have these as the required documents.(I guess we should have seen www.immihelp.com where it was mentioned)
My concern is - is it worth giving a try for the second time with these two documents.
Please let know from any second time applicant -experience.
Thanks
