Parents visa - no financial ties in india

Hi all,
I am planing to sponsor visitor visa for my parents, may be in couple of months time, and just doing some research on immihelp website.

My dad is a govt employee and he has one and half more years of service to retire and my mom is a house wife. They don't have bank balances or any other property on their name.

Is it going to be tough to get the visa in this case? Are financial ties necessary to get the visa, the fact that my father is a govt employee and have family ties not enough?

I'm going to bear all the expenses for their trip and will send all the documents.

Only financial ties are not important. Need all sorts of ties such as family ties, job etc.
