Hi,

I would like to bring my parents in the mid of February.
They didn't get their passports yet.Hopefully they get within 1 week.My question is,

1.To take the appointment to the consulate,we can only take from the TTS visas website or Can we take through the travel agent?Because someone told my Father that
they can get the appointment soon rather than booking through the TTS visas website.Can we relay on them?

You have to take appointment with TT Services only. And you should do through either TTS website, or visiting TT service center in person. Don't trust such travel agents.
