Urgent Please help....re fiancial documents

Hi there,

My parents applied for visitor's visa last yr n got rejected n they are reapplying again on 07/06/09. My question is
Can they use the same financial documents of last year or do they have to make all new documents like property evaluation and bank documents? because when they asked CA he said it will take around one month to make all documents again and also will have to spend Rs.15000 just for docs which we already did last time. So, is it wise to spend that much and they have already all original property documents, can they use that?

Please advice ASAP.... sorry for this though
need help so that i can tell them if they require to make new ones again
