Visitor Visa when i have a H1 Extension

Hi team,

My H1 visa is getting expire on 31 sep 2009 and my company has filled for my H1 Extension,i wanted to bring my parents to US on visitor visa,is there any documents which i need to send which proves that i have filled for extension as my company has not given any such document to me.

You need to provide H1 extension filing receipt notice, if you have one. Other provide your current H1 approval notice.
