Urgent :Delay in receiving Sponsor Documents

Hi All,
I have sent all required sponsor documents(including my original birth certificate!!!) to my parents for Visitor Visa. But the documents still did not reach yet. Now Visa interview is on 6/30. What is the best option I have in this scenario?

a. Send all scanned documents to them so that they can take prints and go for the interview - what chance do they stand for getting a visa in that case? What happens if they do not get the visa, what will be the rejection reason? Any tips?

b. Cancel and reschedule interview - if interview is on 6/30 IST. What is the last time I can do that through vfs online?

How did you send them? You should sent them by some reliable medium where you could track them.

They can't really use scanned copies.

If they don't get the documents in time, they should reschedule the interview.
