I already apply for us visa. but at that time i refused my visa. and again i want to apply. but this time i am going to change my passport and my date of birth and my name some spellings in my passport name). if i make a new passport like this.. the embassy will found me that i applied before or not?

I got ur email. and u told me they will find out my previous refused interview. but this time i am going to make my new passport and in passport i will change my name and again in that new passport i will change my date of birth. if i make this change in my passport.. and again i apply for visa. you told me they will find out my previous refused interview. but how? may i have some reasons from u sir. i want to solve that reasons too.plz help me sir. i need ur help. how they will figure my refused interview?
