Dear All,
My brother who is a citizen of U.S.A sent two times sponsor papers for my mother who is a widow residing in india in her own house was rejected visa twice....we agree that the first time sh visited the documentation was not complete....the second we contatced the travel agent who suggested us the paperwork and from your site the paperwork was complete....to my surprise the embassy officer did not bother to see the paperwork and did not ask any question and refused to grant the visa and said disqualified to my mother.....
Is it possible that witout looking at the documents one can reject the
visa.....
