Lost Passport

Hi,

Do you have any info at immihelp.com around lost Indian passport and us visa issues? My mother in-law passport is lost and now I am applying for a new passport for her, how do I get her old US visitor visa(from lost passport) onto new passport? Can you PLEASE help me by pointing me to the right info. on getting this visa again?

Where should I send the passport to(as she is in US now)? We are suppose to go on a cruise vacation to Bahamas on July 10th, I guess she can’ travel without her new passport stamped with US visa! Please confirm if you can.

She can't get US visa from the US. Going to cruise will be a problem.
