B2 Illegal
Hi
I got 10 years b2 tourist visa in 2006 and i enter 2 times in US and later went back to my country India.
and last year i enter again 3rd time in US but somehow im overstaying here from last 6 month for some personal reason.my question is....
1. if i go back to my country now did i get any trouble here in airport or either in my country.
2.if i stay here illegal and later after 2-3 year's if i merry to citizen then what is my status?
3.if any suggestion you have kindly suggest me.....?
