I have just returned from US last week . I was in US for last 4 years on L1b visa.
I want to go back to US for one week in August '09 for appearing for final paper in CPA. I was doing CPA when in US and have cleared 3 papers out of 4 papers. I wish to appear for the last paper in the month of August'09. The exams are conducted Online and only in US.
Would appreciate if you let me know the type of visa I need to apply and procedure and requirements for obtaining this visa.
