What should be the Answers

Hi, I had posted a query couple of days back, regarding me getting rejected twice for the Visitors Visa.

What I wanted to know is, what would be appropriate answer to the question
"Why were you denied US visa twice before"
since my brother is in California and had a brain hammorage storke last year, in panic I applied twice within a period of 20 days...but the consular gave me a 214 slip.

Please help, I dont want to get rejected again...

Thank you for your response, I definately want to stick to the truth, but since the consular will not be the same will he give me enough time explain all the story...
