My sister has got single entry visa to USA for 3 months. She has student visa for canada and her semester is starting in september.
We want that after spending some time in USA, she goes directly to Canada from USA.
We have been informed in India by travel agents that she must buy return ticket from India to USA and back from USA to India? And, she only needs to buy ticket to show at the port of authority. And, Once she is in USA she can leave for Canada before her USA visa expires.
Not sure, if it make sense at all. Pls provide is it the right thing to do ? In the best situation, we would like her ticket from INdia to Usa and USA to Canada. Will that be ok to do or it carries any kind of risk. pls reply.
