Tips on parents' return trip to India.

Thanks to all the help here, my folks had an easy trip to the US.
I however was looking for information on things they should expect from the time they board the plane to the time they get past the customs channel in Mumbai.
I couldnt find anything on this site, and google just returns tons of junk.
(Yeah, and i have not been home in years, so my memory is kinda hazy!)
Anyone out there have any pointers/web-sites that may be helpful with information about the I-94, (dis)embarkation form, allowable items through customs and similar queries?
