Visitor Visa
Hello,
I am planning to apply visitor visa for my parents to USA, They applied for passports and as per Website They are going to receive the same to day in India. I would like to get an appointment as soon as possible with consulate in Hyd .
My current H1 expiring on Sep 30 2009. My employer filed visa extension last week , Not sure how many days it is going to take to get approval.
So my questions here are
1) What could be the impact on MY parents visa.How many months they may get visa if approved
2) Are there any chances of rejections since my visa expiring with in 3 months.
3) I am planning to move new apartment On July 18th , Since my parents are going to stay with me, Do i need to put my new address on I -134 and other documents if i get an apppointment date prior to this .
