Is there any chance and what how should we prove?

Hi,
I tried to get my aunty(mom's sister) to USA on vistors visa, but her visa got rejected yesterday. I was very disappointed. She was the one who took care of me from birth, as she dosent have any children(she is unmarried). She is more than mom to me. The reason she got rejected is she is unmarried, and they thought she might not come back. But she has her old parents to look after. I dont know how else we can prove that she will go back. Is there any chance of she getting a visa, if we apply again. please respond to this query ASAP if possible, because my cousin is coming to US by the end of this month, and I want my aunt to come along with her as she has never travelled alone.

Hi lakshmi,

i would suggest you to reapply for her visa again.
Reapply with certificates and property in india on her name. My parents visa got rejected 2 times and they finally got at 3rd attempt.

In my experience getting visa to US is something depends upon the US counsular mood..

My parents got rejected on Aug 26th, we are planning to reapply for the visa in October, can you please share your
experience and let me know what your parents did different the 3rd time.

nothing different !!!

Nothin different ..Same old documents, same old questions. if they ask how many months do you want to stay ,tell them to say 4 months or 3 months.

I-485

Hello. I became a US citizen and want to fill up I-130 and I-485 form for my father. I am confused what to write in part 2 of form I-485 in first question. My father enter the USA as a visitor, but now his visa is expired, so what should I write there? Thank you.
