Lost Indian passport and US visitor visa

Hi,

Do you have any info at immihelp.com around lost Indian passport and us visa issues? My mother in-law passport is lost and now I am applying for a new passport for her, how do I get her old US visitor visa(from lost passport) onto new passport? Can you PLEASE help me by pointing me to the right info. on getting this visa again?
