Visitors Visa interview in Marathi or Hindi

Hi, I am trying to get a visitors visa interview date in Hindi or Marathi for my mother in mumbai. Everytime I try, I get an error "try after 24 hours" ....

Any idea what needs to be done ?

Just in curiosity if I see for English dates it gives me only New Delhi Dates

Can the agent get me dates ?
