Question regarding affidavit and sponsorship letters

Hi,
My parents have interview on Sept 13th at chennai consulate.

Can they file the following documents along with the application?

1. Affidavit they will prepare stating their assets etc.

2. The sponsorship letter addressed to the consular officer

3.Letter of invitation addressed to parents
