Visitor visa for my aunt

I would like to invite my aunt( Mausi) to USA for travel purposes. But, I dont want to show that I am sponsoring them. Because I have already sponsored my parents.

They dont file income tax as they are farmers.. but they have enough property to show.

is showing only property enough for US Visa ?

If they have income and if they are required to file tax returns, they have to show tax returns.

If they are not required to file tax returns, obviously, they can't show tax returns.
