Parents revisiting US within 4 months

Hi All,

My parents came to US on Apr 15 2009. But my Father stayed in US for 15 days and left to India on Apr 29 2009. My mom is still here. So my father is planning to come to US to take my mom back to India. My father is planning to come in the first week of september 2009. Will there be any issues in the Port of entry because he is entering US again within 4 months. Can anyone please help me with this?

If he is planning to stay for a short period of time, there shouldn't be any problems.

Is there any time gap like 6 months between the visits?

In a 12 months rolling window, a visitor should spend more time outside than inside the USA.
