need information B1/ B2 Visa

I am an Australian citizen. I got my Australia
citizenship in May 2009. My wife is Indian citizen and she has spouse
visa for Australia.(subclass309).I have few queries which is as below.

I am planning to Visit US in Dec 2009 for 3 weeks. Which visa I should
apply .

I applied for US non immigrant visa in June 2008 and it was refused. At
that time I had Australian Permanent residency and i was Indian Citizen.
My Visa officer was not satisfied with my three weeks leave. But as I
am working . I can't take more three weeks leave and i had a letter from my employer Bu he was not willing see that letter or listen my concerned,


As my wife Indian Citezen.does she can apply for visa from Australia.
If she can apply from Australia can we apply together for visa and attend
an interview together same time.
Also my elder brother and sister living in United states. Do I need to
take for sponsorship from them. I am planning to stay with them around
two weeks and rest of time i am going to visit other parts in
America.

Both of you can apply for tourist visa from Australia.

If you can sponsor yourself, you don't need any other sponsor. If you don't have enough money, someone has to sponsor you.
