Hello,
I am on a F1 student visa in US and wanted to call my parents from India. Beacuse of lack of enough funds, my uncle in india was planning to sponsor my parents B2visa.
1. Kindly let me know, what documents would be required from my uncle. And especially whether he has to submit the I-134 form or is that form just for US sponsors (inviter)?
2. They will be staying with me once they come in US. What documents do i need to provide?
3. Do they need to show travel tickets before the visa?
4. Is it better that my aunt in US sponsors her vs. my uncle in India.. or would that reflect as potential immigrant.
