Parents and sister applying second time, need help!
My Parents and my sister (my sister has down syndrome)had applied for the visitors visa in Mumbai consulate almost a year back. Their visa got rejected. My mother was still working then as a teacher. Now that she has retired, (my father had retired earlier) they are moving to Kolkata. Me and my sister are the only children they have. They have lot of relatives in Kolkata and have their own place. My parents are planning to apply separately in Kolkata consulate this time.
We are not sure why the earlier visa application got rejected. I need some suggestion and advice.
Is it because of my sister having down syndrome made them reject the application? Will applying in two separate consulate (earlier in Mumbai and now in Kolkata) harm their case? Last time my husband was the sponsor, should we both sponsor this time? Does a letter from congressmen help?
What should I do/not do this time for them to have more chances of getting their visa?
