can i stay after expirying b1 visa?

HI ,

I have B1 visa up to Sept 29th 04 and my I-94 up to 2nd Oct 04. can i stay up to my I-94 expiry date?if i stay up to last date of my I-94, is it going to affect in anyway for visa processing next time?
