Please help me to prepare all documents

I took appointmnet for my aprents at Chennai on Sept 23rd. Please help me to prepare all the documents.
1. They have properties in India, but is it fine if they show the original property documents what they have now to Consulate or do they need to get any other property statement from other offices like MRO.
2.How much they have to show as bank balance other than the property and how can they get bank statement.
3. Any other documenst they have to prepare to submit.

My parenst don't know anything. Please help me to make them ready with all documents. How much time it takes for them to prepare all documents.
From my side, I will send the following. If any more please let me know
1. Last 6 months paystubs
2. W2-form
3. Employer letter
4. My invitation letter
5. Bank statement
Please help me to get fullfedged information from all you experieced and helpful friends

one more doubt

and my both parents are State govt employees(Teachers).
1. from where they have to get employmnet letters.
2. They have No Objection Certificate(NOC) which was taken during passport apply. It is nearly 1 year old one.
Is it enough now or again do they need to take new NOC.
please let me know.
