Hi All
I wonder if someone can offer some advice on my situation.
I currently have a company in the UK developing computer simulations and we are working on our new product. I recently sold my house to put the money into the business to fund the company through to completion of the product. We expect it to anywhere upto 2 years until the product is ready and as Iam in the lucky position of being able to work from anywhere I was looking at relocating to the US and renting a property for as I say up to a couple of years while I work on the product. Iam not looking to get any work or job while in the US.
Would a visa for this be difficult to obtain? Also what counts towards an 'Exceptional worker' visa. I have 18 years experience in my field with numerous software titles released in that time, would that count at all?
Many thanks
Chris
