Filling the DS-156 electronically in chennai consulate websi

Hi,
Actually i filled the DS-156 form online in Chennai consulate website and i generated the form i have seen the following message.
PLEASE BE SURE TO SUBMIT THIS PAGE WITH THE REST OF YOUR APPLICATION
DO NOT MARK OR WRITE IN THIS SPACE
Koteswara Reddy
A256406617

and I also seen in the top right corner of the page, "expires 08/31/2004".

Now my problem is actually i am having the appointment for my In-Laws on Sep 16th at consulate for Visitor visa. So whether thee have to show this filled DS-156 form or they can filled another form at that time of appointment.

Actually i did all this by mistake.
Please advise me. I am worrrying is this will affect getting visa to my in-laws.
