ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE !

I am due next feb and want my parents to come in December. We took an appt for visa on Sept 13th. Can you please let me know if this is too early?

Incase they get 6 months visa in Sept, can they travel in december and yet get a duration of stay for 6 months?

My only concern is if we take the appt sometime in Nov, will they have time to reapply incase the visa is rejected?

Any input will be of great help !

1. No. That's OK.
2. Yes, they can still get 6 month stay, even if they enter US on last day of their visa stamp validity.
