need help,HAV TO WAIT FOR REAPPLICATION

my moms visa was rejected twice in hyd consulate.first time she attended the intrw alone without my father as he didnt get passport at that time.second time both of them attended but they rejected again.actually my father was in job n he had his busy schedule ,but i need my mother as i need her help bcoz im due in next month.i heard if visa was rejected twice we hav to wait for 3 to 6 months to reapply,was it true?if anyone know about this plz suggest.....than q

You'll need to wait until a significant change in personal circumstances. Parents are not eligible to visitor visa to take care of pregnant daughters or daughters in law.

US consulates advice people not to reapply for a visa unless the situation (in which the earlier application was rejected) has changed.

If the two rejections have happened very recently then it might not be wise to reapply immediately unless some thing has changed drastically since the last application.

Since you have not given us details of the two interviews and a general picture of your situation it is difficult to guess what the cause of rejection must have been.

But generally speaking if they mentioned your pregnancy that could be a possible reason for rejection.

Also in general they must not have been able to provide enough evidence to their social/economic ties to their home country or must have failed to convince the visa officer of their intent to return.

My suggestion to you would be that you prepare yourself mentally and physically for the possibility that your mother cannot be there to provide you support during child birth.

actually in both the interviews my parents never mentioned abt my pregnancy.upto my knowledge we are thinking that first time wen my mom attended the intervw ,my husband send the invitation mentioning the names of my father n mother,(but as father didnt hav passport at that time )my mom only attended,VO asked about my father ,my mom told that my father has 2 get permission frm govt as he was workng.actually my dad got the permission after the intervw of my mother only,so he applied in tatkal and after that they gave the intervw .first intervw was on june 12,sec was on july 6th.in the second time the VO was so favourable for sometime after that one lady came 2 her(indian) and told the VO that my mom was rejectd before ,then started story the VO asked my father DO U HAV THE DOLLAR VISA?? actuallu either i or my husband even so many of our frnds dont wats that till searchd in net,its a credit card.my father didnt knw that n he was in panic ,like that they rejectd visa.nw my parents are thinking 2 giv a last trial just keepng faith on god but on the VO
