Sponsorship question

I am working on H1B visa and my wife is on H4. I am sponsoring my parents and in-laws for visitors' visa. I need your suggestions. Should they go together or seperately for visa interview? How many days/months gap should be there in their interview appointments, if they need to go on different days?
