Hi - If sponsoring a relative (not parents of me or my spouse) to come and visit US for a month, should I sponsor them or should they build a case of their own?
On one hand, it is considered better that people visiting US should not have any financial dependency and should be able to support their own trip. But I have also read at some places that Sponsorship acts as a guarantee especially if sponsor is well established in US on legal status and in job with a good company / emplyer.
So basically I am confused between the two viewpoints. :-) ..
Any valuable opinions appreciated.
