I-94 didn return & going back soon

Hi everybody,

can anyone help me with this questation? I visited the US in March and didnt check till now that my I-94W wasnt taken from my passport. TUnfortunetly, the expiratin date was in June..:-/ I would like to send it back, but I am leaving back to the US for 9 days tomorow.. Do you think, it will be all right if I hand it there on airport tomorow? I also have my banks statemets and boarding pass, twhich approve that I really left. But I am still worried that I will face some problems.. Can anyone help me with that?

Do you have an entry stamp from the country that you entered after you left the US? You could be subject to additional questioning and secondary inspection. Be ready to prove that you already left and return that I-94W to London KY address as soon as you enter if they don't take the old one at POE.

Whether they let you through or not is up to the POE officer and they could choose to deny entry if they want to. It may not happen if you have proof that you left the US on time.

Well, I dont have any stempel.. but I do have the board ticket of the flight from the US to the Czech Republic and also my bank statements, when I have a lot of purchase in the Czech Republic since March. I called the embassy, they told me it should be fine, but didnt give me any specific information. I even didnt know that I have the I-94 in my passport, I discovered it yesterday, when I started to pack my things for the trip to the US. So I couldt send it back to the Office in the US. :-(( I am really worried, but I really left the US. I read a lot of these kind of troubles. People say that this happens all the time.. and nobody was sent back.

I also got a confirmation letter from the company in Prague I work for that I was back on time. Dou you think that would help me?
