  • B1/B2 visa for 10 years

    Hi,
My wife has B1/B2 multiple entry visa for 10 years. She is here in US now and her I94 valid till end of sept 2009. I could not bring her here on dependent visa as i have the green card. My question is , would there be any problem if she travels on B1/B2 visa for 10 yrs? If yes, how much gap she should have between her visits.?
Since her I94 validity is expiring at the end of sept i want her to go back to india for 1 month and come back on the same visa. do you think there will be any problem at the port of entry if she do so ?

    Please advice.
    Thanks

Yes, that will be a problem. Look at gazillions of posts here about this. A visitor visa means she can only *visit* and not *live* in the US. More time must be spent in home country compared to in the US. Or expect to be taken for secondary questioning at PoE and/or get shorter duration of stay granted on I-94.
