My mother is planning to visit me but her visa got rejected in the first interview. They said annual income is less. My father owns a business and they wrote an annual income of 3.5 lakhs. Is it really less to get a visa?
Secondly, she showed all the bank statements that are really in her name. Most of the other property such as business and their house is in my father's name so they didn't produce those documents. But when she goes for the second time, I'm thinking of showing my father's property as family property. Is it okay? Its not very common in India to have property in wives' name. My father has good property in his name though. So don't know what to do.
