Good afternoon,
I recently had my interview at US Embassy in Nassau, Bahamas. The B2 application asked if I had ever been arrested. I said NO. A deferred misdemeanor **** charge from 30 yrs ago while attending college reared it's ugly head. I had honestly forgotten about it. Needless to stay I was embarrassed and ashamed. I had to obtain the court documents to "verify charges if any and outcome". Documents indicate no charge, no jail time. I have not been in any trouble since.What are my chances of getting approval? I have a followup appointment in 3 weeks and I am worried.
